Advised Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc on its strategic foreign direct investment and expansion to Malaysia to establish a Southeast Asian hub for aerospace design, engineering, and manufacturing.
Advised OMV, the Austrian oil and gas company, on its strategic entry in the Malaysian market in 2019, but has since fully divested its stake in the joint venture in 2024.

I have advised multinational companies from the United States, Europe, and across Asia on inbound investments into the region, with a particular focus on Malaysia. Drawing on this experience, Zomael Consulting operates as a focused, independent advisory, structured to be agile, responsive, and commercially grounded, with an emphasis on clear strategy and practical execution.
